Richard Goch has worked in the heavy industrial and energy industries for over 35 years. Rick retired 4/1/2013 from PPL Services Corporation where he was Director – Supply Chain Performance Management, responsible for budget, ERP, performance metrics, supplier qualification, policies/procedures, SOX, knowledge management, supplier diversity, traffic, expediting, investment recovery and strategic initiatives such as e-commerce, price volatility management, and supplier relationship management.
Before assuming the above responsibilities, Rick served PPL for 28 years in various supply chain capacities including price volatility management, Manager – Strategic Sourcing, Manager – Corporate & Utilities Sourcing, Contracts Specialist and special assignments supporting construction of peaking power plants and formation of the Enporion e-marketplace.
Rick received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics and his Master of Business Administration from Moravian College where he has served on the MBA advisory board since 2003. His professional credentials include Certified Lean Technician, Accredited Purchasing Practitioner, Certified Purchasing Manager, Certified Professional in Supply Management and lifetime member of the Institute for Supply Management.
Rick is an adjunct professor at Moravian College teaching Strategic Supply Chain Management in the MBA Program.
Rick is a proud father and grandfather who serves in ministries for his church, enjoys music, fishing and fitness activities.
